Southern Scripts has a new name – Liviniti. On September 13th you will be redirected to the Liviniti website. Click “Members” in the top right corner to reach the tools and information you need for your pharmacy benefits.

Is there anything I need to do?
No. We’ve made it easy for plan members, with no actions required on your part.

Will my pharmacy card still work?
Yes! Your ID card stays the same. Network pharmacies are the same, our phone number and email address are the same. Your member website is the same and our 24/7/365 service team that are experts about your pharmacy plan all stay the same.

Why is the name changing?
Southern Scripts takes care of pharmacy plan members across the country. We wanted a name that was broader and not tied to one region of the country. If you want to learn more about our new name, visit the Liviniti website.
